4 | America's Cut (1 1/4 - 1 1/2-inch thick) | |
1 | Frozen lemonade concentrate - thawed | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper - ground |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
1/4 tablespoon | 3.8ml | Stone-ground mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Catsup |
Combine all ingredients except chops and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag, seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours.
Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals. Remove chops from marinade.
Grill chops 12-15 minutes, turning once, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. (OR: broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes).
