Orange Sesame Turkey Cutlets Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Turkey breast cutlets or steaks | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh orange juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange marmalade |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Fresh ginger root - minced |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Orange zest |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame seeds (optional) |
Combine all sauce ingredients except sesame seeds. Reserve 2 tablespoons of sauce. Marinate turkey in remainder of sauce in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat barbecue to medium and lightly grease grill. Cook cutlets for 4-6 minutes per side.
Remove from heat, drizzle 1 teaspoon of reserved sauce on each cutlet and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
