Grilled Rib Eyes With Mango Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

4   Beef rib eye steaks
  - or chuck top blade- (charcoal) steaks,
  - cut 3/4-inch thick
1/4 cup 59mlWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cup 59mlSoy sauce
1/4 cup 59mlLime juice
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
2   Garlic cloves - crushed
1 tablespoon 15mlChili powder
1 tablespoon 15mlBrown sugar
  Mango Salsa
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozDiced tomatoes
1   Fresh mango - peeled and diced
1   Bell pepper - seeded and diced
6   Green onions with tops - diced
1   Fresh jalapeno (large) seeded and diced
1/4 cup 59mlLime juice
1/2 cup 8g / 0.3ozFresh cilantro - chopped
1/4 cup 59mlPecan pieces - toasted

Recipe Instructions

Serves 4 in 30 Minutes

1. Mix Worcestershire and next 6 ingredients for marinade.

Marinate steaks 15-30 min.

2. Combine salsa ingredients.

3. Grill steaks 4-6 inches from medium coals for 8-10 min., turning once.

4. Serve steaks with mango salsa.

5. Cut steaks in 1/4 inch slices, if desired.

Serving Suggestions: Rice and Steamed Broccoli.
