Grilled Honey Garlic Pork Chops Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry sherry | 
| 2 | Garlic - minced | |
| 4 | Boneless center-cut lean pork chops | 
Combine all ingredients except pork chops in small bowl.
Place pork in shallow baking dish; pour marinade over pork. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Remove pork from marinade.
Heat remaining marinade in small saucepan over medium heat to a simmer.
Grill pork over medium-hot coals 12 to 15 minutes, turning once during cooking and basting frequently with marinade, until meat thermometer registers 155 to 160F.
