Glazed Apricot Pork Kabobs Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Armour boneless pork loin - cut into 1-inch cube |
1 | Apricot preserves | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Orange liqueur - OR |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Orange juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter - melted |
Stir together all ingredients well; place in heavy plastic bag. Marinate at least 30 minutes. Thread pork onto 4 - 6 skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning).
Grill over hot coals 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, basting often with the marinade.
