Chicken Teriyaki Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Boneless chicken breasts |
Marinade | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
2 | Garlic - chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger - (1/2 to 1) |
1. prepare marinade.
2. Pound chicken between waxed paper until relatively flat.
3. Marinate chicken at least 12 hours.
4. Grill on gas grill until done.
Sometimes I add 1 can of pineapple slices to marinade.
Heat this with chicken carefully on grill.
