Chicken Teriyaki

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozBoneless chicken breasts
  Marinade
1/2 cup 118mlOil
1/2 cup 118mlSoy sauce
1/2 cup 118mlHoney
1   Onion - chopped
2   Garlic - chopped
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGinger - (1/2 to 1)

Recipe Instructions

1. prepare marinade.

2. Pound chicken between waxed paper until relatively flat.

3. Marinate chicken at least 12 hours.

4. Grill on gas grill until done.

Sometimes I add 1 can of pineapple slices to marinade.

Heat this with chicken carefully on grill.
