1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Tofu - firm |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mirin |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tamari |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ginger - fresh, minced |
1 | Pepper - cayenne |
Cut tofu lengthwise into 4 "filets".
Mix together mirin, tamari, ginger and cayenne.
Marinate tofu in mixture for at least one hour or overnight.
Grill tofu over hot coals until heated through and lightly browned.
