Barbecued Leg Of Lamb With Yogurt Recipe - Cooking Index
10 lbs | 4540g / 160oz | Leg of lamb |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cumin |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cloves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Nutmeg |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Turmeric |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Paprika |
Bone the lamb and cut into 1" cubes.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Skewer cubes and grill over charcoal about 7 minutes per side.
