| Peeled and cut into 1" cubes | ||

| Washed and cut into 1" cubes | ||

| Washed and sliced diagonally into 1/2" piece | ||
| 1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Feta cheese - cut into 1/2" cubes |
| 1/2 | Red onion - diced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Kosher salt |
| Freshly ground pepper | ||
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh basil - minced |
In a 2-quart bowl, mix peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, feta cheese, and red onion.
Season with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, oregano, and basil.
