Deviled Steak Cubes Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |

1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Stew beef or sirloin cut bite-size pieces. |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cooking oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - thinly sliced (medium) |
1 | Tomato sauce | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Coat meat and brown slowly in oil.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
