Crockpot Hungarian Goulash

2 lbs 908g / 32ozRound steaks - cut in 1/2"
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozChopped onion
1   Garlic - minced
2 tablespoons 30mlFlour
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPepper
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlPaprika
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDried thyme - crushed
1   Tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz)
1 cup 237mlSour cream
  Noodles

Recipe Instructions

Hungarian Goulash -- Crockpot (Tiffany Hall)

Put steak cubes, onion, garlic in crockpot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well.

Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving, and stir in thoroughly. (High: 4-5 hours, stirring
