Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozBeef - (cubed)
2   Onions cut in eighths
4   Celery cut diagonally
5   Carrots cut diagonally
12 oz 340gTomato juice
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlBasil
4   Potatoes sliced 1" thick
1/3 cup 78mlQuick cooking tapioca

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients except potatoes.

Bake at 300F for 2 1/2 hours.

Add potatoes and bake for another hour.
