2 | Onions cut in eighths | |
4 | Celery cut diagonally | |
5 | Carrots cut diagonally | |
12 oz | 340g | Tomato juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Basil |
4 | Potatoes sliced 1" thick | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Quick cooking tapioca |
Combine all ingredients except potatoes.
Bake at 300F for 2 1/2 hours.
Add potatoes and bake for another hour.
