Cheeseburger Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1 | Tomato sauce | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Catsup |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | American cheese slices |
1 | Refrigerator biscuits |
Brown the ground beef and onions in a skillet. Drain off the fat. Add tomato sauce, catsup and pepper.
Heat mixture. Alternate meat mixture and cheese slices in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Arrange biscuits around edge of casserole.
Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
