1 cup | 237ml | Vegetable oil |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Bearnaise sauce* |
Sprinkle steaks lightly with salt and pepper.
Marinate in oil 2 hours at room temperature.
Broil for 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Serve on platter with bearnaise sauce.
