6 lbs 2724g / 96ozCenter fillet of beef
1   Salt
1   Pepper
1 cup 237mlVegetable oil
1 1/2 cups 355mlBearnaise sauce*

Recipe Instructions

Sprinkle steaks lightly with salt and pepper.

Marinate in oil 2 hours at room temperature.

Broil for 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.

Serve on platter with bearnaise sauce.
