Brisket For Holiday

Recipe Ingredients

7 lbs 3178g / 112ozBrisket - trimmed
2 teaspoons 10mlOnion salt
1 tablespoon 15mlCelery salt
1 teaspoon 5mlGarlic salt
4 teaspoons 20mlMsg
2 tablespoons 30mlWorcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlLiquid smoke

Recipe Instructions

Here's a recipe that I use all the time it is easy and tastes great! Rub brisket with onion, celery, garlic salt and MSG, let stand for about 30 minutes.

Place in a roaster and pour Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke over surface of roast. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Drain off marinade, wrap brisket, fatty side up, in heavy duty aluminum foil and seal.

Bake 5 hours at 300F. Allow to cool. Slice thinly across grain.
