Biscuit Topped Stroganoff Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Lean ground beef |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
1/2 | Green pepper - chopped | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 | Mushroom soup | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pimiento - chopped |
1 | Sour cream | |
2 | Biscuits - refrigerated |
Brown meat, onion and green pepper. Add salt, soup and pimentos.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stir in sour cream.
Bring just to a boil, remove from heat and pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Top with Biscuits.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375F until biscuits are done.
