Beef Nacho Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
12 oz | 340g | Chunky salsa - (1 jar) |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Sweet corn |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Miracle whip |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Tortilla chips - (crushed) |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Colby/Monterey Jack cheese |
1. Heat oven to 350F. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip(R) and chili powder.
2. Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole. Repeat layers.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
