Batter Up Beef Pie

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 125g / 4.4ozCooked beef - cut into 1/2" pieces
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion - saluted in
  Butter
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCooked carrots - cut in chunks
1 cup 237mlCooked potatoes - cut in chunks
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozBeef gravy
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozButter
1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozFlour
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozGrated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon 15mlDried minced onion
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar
2 teaspoons 10mlBaking powder
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 1/2 cups 355mlMilk

Recipe Instructions

Combine beef, onions, carrots, potatoes and gravy. Set aside.

Melt in bottom of 8" square baking dish in 350F oven.

Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir until blended.

Pour in baking dish. Pour beef mixture over batter. DO NOT STIR.

Bake 1 hour and serve.
