2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cooked beef - cut into 1/2" pieces |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion - saluted in |

1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Cooked carrots - cut in chunks |
1 cup | 237ml | Cooked potatoes - cut in chunks |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Beef gravy |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Flour |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried minced onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
Combine beef, onions, carrots, potatoes and gravy. Set aside.
Melt in bottom of 8" square baking dish in 350F oven.
Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir until blended.
Pour in baking dish. Pour beef mixture over batter. DO NOT STIR.
Bake 1 hour and serve.
