Spaghetti With Garlic And Oil - 3 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/4 | Butter | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped garlic |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh chopped parsley |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White wine |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
1 | Spaghetti- cooked | |
Gratd cheese for serving |
Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sauteefor 5 min on low.
Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes
Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
