Green Pepper Breakfast Burrito Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Eggs - beaten | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
2 oz | 56g | Chorizo sausage - crumbled |
1 oz | 28g | Shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
1 | Flour tortilla - (12" dia) |
Place beaten eggs onto griddle or into omelet pan and cook into flat omelet. Place flat omelet onto a warmed flour tortilla and spread evenly with Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce.
Top omelet with cooked chorizo sausage and Monterey Jack cheese. Fold left and right sides of the tortilla toward the center. Roll tortilla away from you, forming a tight cylinder.
