Buffalo Fajita Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
20 oz | 568g | Lite soy sauce |
15 oz | 426g | Soy Sauce |
2 1/2 oz | 71g | Chili powder |
1 oz | 28g | No-sodium Adolfs meat tenderizer |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Chopped onion |
1 oz | 28g | McCormick's fajita seasoning |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
4 | Limes | |
1/2 | Bushel cilantro | |
10 lbs | 4540g / 160oz | Great Range buffalo fajita steak - (SKU 10070) |
In a large food processor or blender, place the lite soy sauce, soy sauce, chili powder, Adolfs, chopped onion, fajita seasoning and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Puree.
Trim and place meat into non-caustic container. Pour the marinade over the meat.
Cut the limes in quarters and squeeze into the container. Rough chop the cilantro and place in the container as well. Mix thoroughly. Over the next 72 hours, mix the meat.
Grill and serve with traditional garnish.
