Brew Steak With Fiery Five Onion Saute Recipe - Cooking Index
A new twist on an ideal Father's Day recipe.

1 cup | 237ml | A-1 Bold & Spicy Steak Sauce - (8 oz) |
1 cup | 237ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce - (8 oz) |

Fiery Onion Saute | ||
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Red onions - sliced |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Spanish onions - sliced |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | White onions - sliced |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Vidallia onions - sliced |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Leeks - sliced |
4 oz | 113g | Butter |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce - (1 oz) |
1 cup | 237ml | Beer |
To make the Brew Steak, combine beer, steak sauce and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and blend well. Marinate steak for 6 to 8 hours. Grill steak on both sides until desired doneness. Serve topped with Fiery Five Onion Saute.
To make the Fiery Five Onion Saute, heat saute pan, melt butter and add onions. Cook over medium-low heat until well-caramelized. Deglaze pan with beer. Cook onions in beer until dry. Add Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Blend well and hold warm until needed.
This recipe yields 3 steaks.
