Linguine With Spinach Pesto Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 2/3 cups 106g / 3.7ozFresh spinach leaves - (loosely packed)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozGrated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup 78mlWalnuts
2 1/2 tablespoons 37mlOlive oil
1 tablespoon 15mlGarlic clove (small)
1 1/4 teaspoons 6.3mlDried basil leaves
2 teaspoons 10mlTabasco brand Garlic Pepper Sauce
1/3 teaspoon 1.7mlSalt
2/3 lb 302g / 10ozLinguine - cooked

Recipe Instructions

With a food processor or blender, combine spinach, 1/6 cup Parmesan cheese, walnuts, olive oil, garlic, basil, Tabasco brand Garlic Pepper Sauce and salt. Process until mixture is smooth. (Makes 2/3 cup spinach pesto)

Toss pesto with cooked linguine to mix well. Serve with remaining cheese.
