BBQ Chicken Chili Fries

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlChili powder
4 cups 948mlBBQ sauce
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozCrushed tomatoes
6 cups 375g / 13ozShredded cooked chicken pieces - (24 oz)
6 cups 960g / 33ozCooked red beans - (24 oz)
11 tablespoons 165mlTabasco brand Pepper Sauce - divided
20 1/2 oz 582gSour cream
6 lbs 2724g / 96ozSteak fries - cooked
6 cups 876g / 30ozShredded Monterey Jack cheese - (24 oz)
  Diced scallions - as needed

Recipe Instructions

To make the chicken chili, combine chili powder, BBQ sauce, tomatoes, chicken, beans and 2 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce in a large saute pan; simmer for 20 minutes. Hold warm for service.

To make the sour cream garnish, combine sour cream and 3 1/2 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Refrigerate until needed.

For each serving, place 8 ounces of fries on an oven proof plate, top with 2 ounces of cheese and melt under broiler. Top with 8 ounces of hot chili and garnish with 2 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce sour cream; sprinkle with scallions.

This recipe yields 12 servings.
