2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepard mincd garlic - (jarred) |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Cooked and cleaned med shrimp |
Salt and fresh ground pepper | ||
1 | Lemon - juice of | |
A bed of fresh colorful | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
Lettuce | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
Crusty hot Italian bread |
Pat the shrimp dry. In a bowl add all the spices and oil and toss well.
Arrange over lettuce and garnish with artichoke hearts and/or hearts of celery. Serve with hot bread and a soft cheese (room temp).
