| 1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 1 | Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - cubed | |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded Swiss cheese - divided |
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Bake pie shell 6 to 8 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Remove pie shell.
In a bowl, beat together eggs, whipping cream and pepper. Stir in Spam and onion. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese in pie shell. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over egg mixture. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until eggs are set.
