Spam Cheesy Broccoli Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Frozen chopped broccoli - (10 oz) | |
| 1 | Cheddar cheese soup - (10 3/4 oz) | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
| 1 | Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - cubed | |
| 1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Cooked rice |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Buttered bread crumbs |
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain well. Combine soup and sour cream. Add broccoli, Spam, and rice to soup mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
