1 | French-style green beans - (16 oz) - drained | |
1 | Lima or northern beans - (16 oz) - drained | |
1 | Kidney beans - (16 oz) - drained | |
1 | Pork and beans - (16 oz) | |
1 | Onion - chopped (medium) | |
1 | Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - cubed | |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mollasses |
1 | Breen pepper - diced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried mustard |
Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole pan. Bake in a slow oven (about 300 to 325 degrees) for two hours. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
