Recipe Ingredients

4   American cheese
1 cup 237mlEvaporated milk - undiluted
2 cups 292g / 10ozChopped cooked potatoes
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozChopped green onion and tops
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped green or red sweet bell pepper
3/8 teaspoon 1.9mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1   Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - cubed
  Two-crust pie dough

Recipe Instructions

Cube cheese, melt in evaporated milk, stir constantly. Add remaining ingredients except Spam. Spread into a pastry-lined pan and top with cubed Spam. Add the upper crust. Make slashes in top. Bake 35 minutes at 425 degrees.
