Tilefish Parmesan Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Tilefish fillets | |
1 | Lemon | |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Dry white wine |
2 | To 3 pats margarine or butter - (optional) | |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Bread crumbs |
Place fish in broiling pan. Add wine. Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese over fish and top with pats of margarine if desired.
Broil for 10 to 15 minutes until fish turns opaque. Serve with lemon slices.
This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
Substitutions: Other lean whitefish fillets such as cod, hake, seatrout, shark, or halibut.
