1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chopped celery |
1 | Red bell pepper - chopped | |
1 | Green pepper - chopped | |
3 | Plum or Italian tomatoes - chopped | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Red pepper - to taste | ||

1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Coarsely-chopped fresh parsley |
Place salmon fillet on bamboo steamer rack. Place rack in wok over boiling water. Cover and steam for 10 to 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. When salmon is done, remove to a serving platter and top with relish.
For the White Bean Relish: Combine all ingredients and let chill one hour.
