Spicy Cod Fillets Greenport Recipe - Cooking Index

3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine - melted |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon Mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Sprinkle bread crumbs in bottom of a greased, shallow baking dish. Place cod fillets on top of crumbs in dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour evenly over fish.
Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) about 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish, basting several times through the cooking cycle. Garnish with fresh parsley.
