Simple French Cod Fillets In The Microwave Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cod fillets |
1/4 cup | 59ml | French salad dressing |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cracker crumbs |
Paprika - to taste |
Dip cod fillets in French dressing, and then in cracker crumbs. Place in a greased, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and cover with waxed paper. Microwave (high) 4 to 6 minutes, turning dish after 2 1/2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
