Microwave Flounder Supreme Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Flounder fillets |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Whole wheat bread crumbs |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Margarine |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Paprika |
Lemon slices - for garnish |
Place flounder fillets in a shallow casserole dish. Cover lightly with bread crumbs, parsley and paprika. Place pieces of margarine on top of the fish. Cover, microwave on high power (100%) for 2 to 3 minutes.
This recipe yields 1 to 2 servings.
