Herb Baked Flounder Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Flounder fillets |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Margarine |
2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Crushed crackers |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Place fillets in a non stick or greased baking dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top and dot with margarine.
Bake until fish flakes easily, about 25 minutes.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
