Flounder In Lemony Dill Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Flounder fillets - cut in 4 pieces |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Margarine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Green onion - thinly sliced (medium) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh dill |
(or 3/4 tspn dried dill) | ||
Lemon slices - for garnish |
Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Add dill, lemon juice, and onion. Add flounder to margarine mixture; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, basting occasionally, until flounder flakes easily.
Arrange flounder and sauce on a warm platter. Garnish with lemon slices.
