Tangy Broiled Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Fish fillets |
| 2/3 cup | 157ml | Tomato juice |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1 | French dressing mix - (5/8 oz) | |
| Lime wedges |
Place fish in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour sauce over fish and let stand for thirty minutes, turning once.
Remove fish, reserving sauce for basting. Place fish on a well-oiled broiler pan. Broil about 4 inches from the source of heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
Turn fish carefully and baste with sauce. Broil 4 to 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily and is no longer translucent in the center. Serve with lime wedges.
