King Crab Fettuccine Recipe - Cooking Index
6 oz | 170g | King crab meat - (to 8 oz) - thawed if necessary |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Heavy cream |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
12 oz | 340g | Fettuccine noodles - cooked, drained |
Salt - to taste | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
Drain and slice crab. Saute garlic in butter. Blend in crab, cream, cheese and pepper; cook and stir until thorughly heated.
Add to hot fettuccine; toss lightly. Salt to taste. Garnish with parsley.
This recipe yields about 6 servings.
