Halibut Italiano Recipe - Cooking Index
Great dish and easy to prepare. Other types of white fish may be substituted.
Type: Fish1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Halibut fillets - cut into 4 servings |
2 cups | 474ml | Prepared spaghetti sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced mushrooms |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sliced olives |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese |
Olive oil - as needed |
Place fish in oiled baking pan. Top with mushrooms and olives. Pour spaghetti sauce over the top and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 more minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with chopped parsley over the top and a lemon wedge on the side.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
