1/4 cup | 59ml | Sesame oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced garlic |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Paprika |

Lettuce | ||

Seafood Alternatives: Spanish mackerel, bluefish
Cut fillets into 6 servings. Combine oil and garlic. Brush fillets with oil mixture; place on broiler pan. Sprinkle generously with paprika.
Broil 5 to 6 inches from source of heat until fish flakes easily. Serve on French bread with lettuce and tomatoes.
