Cheesy Island Fish

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozFillets - cut serving size
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 cup 237mlThousand Island salad dressing
1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozCrushed snack cheese crackers
2 tablespoons 30mlOil
  Paprika - as needed

Recipe Instructions

Sprinkle fillets with salt. Dip fillets in salad dressing and roll in cracker crumbs. Place on a well-oiled baking sheet.

Drizzle fillets with oil and sprinkle lightly with paprika.

Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily and is no longer translucent in the center.
