2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Fillets - cut serving size |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Thousand Island salad dressing |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Crushed snack cheese crackers |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
Paprika - as needed |
Sprinkle fillets with salt. Dip fillets in salad dressing and roll in cracker crumbs. Place on a well-oiled baking sheet.
Drizzle fillets with oil and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily and is no longer translucent in the center.
