Alaska King Crab Stir-Fry Recipe - Cooking Index
About 6 ounces Alaska King crab meat can be substituted for the split crab legs; one green pepper, sliced vertically, can be substituted for the Chinese pea pods.

2 cups | 474ml | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Vertically sliced onion |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Garlic clove - minced (small) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh Chinese pea pods (or thawed 6-oz pkg frozen Chinese pea pods) |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Diced tomato |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cornstarch |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cold water |
Cut crab legs into 2 1/2- to 3-inch pieces. Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil until slightly softened. Add crab, pea pods and tomato; stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender and crab is thoroughly heated.
Blend cornstarch and water; stir into pan juices. Cook and stir until juices are thickened and clear.
