Beer-Steamed Alaska Snow Crab

Recipe Ingredients

3 1/2   Water
1   Beer - (12 oz)
4   Snow crab clusters - thawed if necessary
  Cider vinegar
  French fries or oven fries - if desired

Recipe Instructions

In large pot, bring water and beer to a boil. Add snow crab and cook 5 minutes, until well heated. Remove crab from pot. Serve with a shaker of cider vinegar and French fries or oven fries, if desired.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
