Beer-Steamed Alaska Snow Crab Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 1/2 | Water | |
| 1 | Beer - (12 oz) | |
| 4 | Snow crab clusters - thawed if necessary | |
| Cider vinegar | ||
| French fries or oven fries - if desired |
In large pot, bring water and beer to a boil. Add snow crab and cook 5 minutes, until well heated. Remove crab from pot. Serve with a shaker of cider vinegar and French fries or oven fries, if desired.
