Baked Salmon With Coarse Sea Salt Recipe - Cooking Index
Recipes don't come much simpler than this, but do use coarse sea salt! The big crystals break down only slightly in the oven, leaving a delicate and clean-tasting crunch.
Type: Fish2 | Salmon fillet pieces - (6 oz ea) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Coarse sea salt |
Seafood Alternatives: swordfish, steelhead, bluefish
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Pour the olive oil into a shallow baking dish and add the fillets, turning to coat evenly in the oil. Sprinkle the sea salt over the fillets and bake until just opaque at the center, 10 to 12 minutes.
