Baked Shrimp In Chipotle Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
Shrimp with heads on may be used in this recipe -- you'll need 1 pound.

1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Canned chipotle chiles in adobo - (to 2) - minced, plus | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Adobo sauce - (to 3) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic clove - minced (large) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Medium unshelled shrimp |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in wine, Worcestershire sauce, chipotles, adobo sauce, garlic, and salt. Toss shrimp with sauce in a large shallow baking dish and bake in middle of oven until shrimp are just cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes.
