Baked Shrimp In Chipotle Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozUnsalted butter - (1/2 stick)
1/4 cup 59mlDry red wine
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlWorcestershire sauce
1   Canned chipotle chiles in adobo - (to 2) - minced, plus
2 teaspoons 10mlAdobo sauce - (to 3)
1 teaspoon 5mlGarlic clove - minced (large)
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt
1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozMedium unshelled shrimp
  Baguette - for accompaniment

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in wine, Worcestershire sauce, chipotles, adobo sauce, garlic, and salt. Toss shrimp with sauce in a large shallow baking dish and bake in middle of oven until shrimp are just cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes.
