1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Tomato |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
8 oz | 227g | Spaghetti |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cheddar cheese |
Notes: Use end cut pork chops. Meat should total 1 lb. boned and diced. Shop onion. Dice celery. Use 1 lb. can of tomatoes. Cheese to be shredded.
Brown pork in the fat. Add onion and celery and cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese and simmer 30 minutes. Cook and drain spaghetti. Combine meat mixture with spaghetti in 2 qt. casserole. Mix well and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in moderate oven 350F for 30 minutes.
