Simple Steak Stirfry

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlPeanut oil
3   Celery stalks - cut 4" strips
1   Carrot - cut 4" strips
1   Red pepper - cut 4" strips
1   Green pepper - cut 4" strips
1/2   Scallions - cut 4" strips
1   Zucchini - cut 4" strips
2   Garlic cloves - crushed
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated ginger
1 tablespoon 15mlSoy sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlChili paste
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar
1   Flank steak - cooked rare

Recipe Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil in a wok over high heat. When smoking hot add the strips of celery, carrot, red and green pepper, scallions, zucchini. Saute for approximately 2 minutes.

Next add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chili paste, and sugar. Cook 1 minute longer.

Slice the flank steak into thin pieces against the grain. Add the steak to the wok and toss until just warm. Transfer to a serving dish, and enjoy.
