1 | Mango chutney - (8 1/2 oz) | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
4 | Pre-roasted Cornish Hens |
In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, chutney, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring. Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree. Brush the hens with the glaze. Reheat the hens for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
