Recipe Ingredients

2   Green beans - (14 1/2 oz ea) - rinsed, drained
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozDiced cooked chicken
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - diced, sauteed (medium)
1   Water chestnuts - (8 oz) - drained, chopped
1   Pimentos - (4 oz)
1   Condensed cream of celery soup - - (10 3/4 oz)
1 cup 237mlMayonnaise
1   Box long-grain and wild rice - (6 oz) - cooked according to
  Package directions
1 cup 237mlGrated sharp Cheddar
1   Salt

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 3-quart casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
