Grilled Sausage And Broccoli Rabe Recipe - Cooking Index

1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fresh broccoli rabe - separated |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Shallots - minced |
4 | Garlic cloves - minced |
Grill the sausages over medium coals until lightly browned and no longer pink. Slice each sausage lengthwise in half.
In large skillet, saute broccoli rabe, shallots and garlic in olive oil until broccoli rabe is soft but not yellow, about 10 minutes. Toss with grilled sausage.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
